Holidays are such lazy times... I sleep in until 9 (bearing in mind that daylight savings just finished... so a week ago it would have been 10), and then laze around in my PJ's on the computer for awhile afterwards (errm it's now 11 and yep, still in my PJs).
I am thinking I need to find a job or two to bid for on Elance... I need the $$$ badly! I don't like thinking in terms of financial "lack" because it's negative in terms of LOA. But it is hard when I have no work and very little money coming in ;) SO I need to get my rear in ger and procure some good jobs! I also need to finish up the job I HAVE got!
Hmm well I didn't get today's work done... very bad indeed. GRR holidays are really bad in this regard. It's my own fault for not focussing properly because the conditions aren't "right"... but that's really no excuse. It needs to be done tomorrow at the latest... AND I will have to go shopping as well probably. Out of cat food, and certain other important items.
Anyway, today I got both my pinhole glasses and my Rebuild Your Vision course. I need to get stuck into it well and truly next week... no excuses for that! Good vision is too important ;) I am wearing the pinholes now. I can sort of see better with them... but they're weird and vision is sort of honeycombed. Mind you I can read these words, and without the pinholes I wouldn't have been able to. I do have a bit of a headache, but I'm not sure this is the cause. Maybe wearing my old glasses? I only started getting them after my glasses broke. Very annoying! Well next week I will probably go into the optometrist and see if he can give me glasses that are weak. Probably half a diopter weaker than they should be. It will be enough for me to see pretty well, but will be better for my eyes. And it will be better for when my eyes start to IMPROVE! I will also only wear them when I absolutely need to.
