Day 57

Well the days are fairly whizzing by... Scary but true! And if it wasn't for Easter, I probably would have averaged 1kg a week over the past 8 weeks, which isn't too shabby ;) Ahh well, can't always have perfection!

Today, I am going back to eating properly! I don't know if I'll have a cooked thingy for tea or not. I do have two thingys left haha... but I think I will try and forego them. Today I will try to be as raw and pure as possible. I really do need to neutralize the poor eating of the past few days! I had three days of just junk :( No meat or anything but certainly mostly unhealthy rubbish (chips, crackers, lollies... yup all of that!). It's actually surprising that my weight was as low as it actually was when I weighed in yesterday! The fact that it was still down was a nice surprise. However, I would like to have a sharper drop this week ;) and to achieve that I really need to focus on eating 100% for the rest of the week.

Today I have to write an article or two, ho hum... probably after I've had my shower :) I've been lazing around this morning in PJs. School holidays are a slack time for the kids AND me. I'll also have to drive to the post office to see if my pinhole glasses have come in (fingers crossed!). I want to try them for computer work rather than either a) not being able to see properly or b) wearing glasses.

Blech... the house smells like burnt chocolate (don't ask). Well, the kids were melting down their easter eggs and are trying to make a lindt bunny out of regular chocolate. They put the choc in the microwave. I tell them: chocolate should be melted slowly, at low temperatures. Their ears were turned off (cause of course, what would mum know??) and they burned it. Ick...

Hmm well I finally received an invitation to my high school reunion. It arrived at the correct address, and I assume they have it now only because I enrolled my son there for next year so now they know where I live!

YAY! We've had 17mm of rain today :) not so nice to go out in... but soooo good for the garden as well as all the reservoirs etc. It's looking like this year could be quite good for rain (reaching at least average... something it hasn't done in about 10 years...)
